Comic Relief

I was responsible for all of Comic Relief's digital comedy output for Sport Relief 2016 and Red Nose Day 2017. The Comic Relief Originals sketch videos gained over 22m views. The YouTube #RedOut was the No. 1 trending topic in the UK and started a national conversation about charity, and the Facebook Live Broadcast allowed viewers to interact with the stars directly.

Angie's Party

I was an Executive Producer for the virtual reality sitcom Angie's Party, created by Plug-In Media for the BBC. I was repsonsible for overseeing the script and helping shape the immersive 360 degree experience.

Psychoville Experience

I worked with Steve Pemberton and Reece Shearsmith to create a sinister interactive journey to accompany their spine chilling TV series. The result was the BAFTA Award winning Psychoville Experience which was a huge critical success and a smash hit with audiences, getting the highest audience appreciation score ever acheived by a BBC programme page.

the wrong mans

For this hugely popular comedy thriller from BBC Two and Hulu, I worked with James Cordon, Matt Baynton and Jim Field Smith to create an online companion The Noel Truth, featuring an original web series starring Tom Basden, plus a fictional blog and Twitter account, delivering a parallel story which intersected with the main show.

the burning room

My interactive horror experience The Burning Room went viral last year when YouTubers found it and started challenging each other to play it. It has now generated over 6m views and over 160 reaction videos. I am currently developing a new version, which will be a fiendish playable comedy-horror from master writer Jeremy Dyson.

RED NOSE DAY 2015

I was in charge of all of BBC Comedy's online output for Red Nose Day in 2015. This included the YouTube video How to Make a Hit Charity Single with Brett Domino, as well as running social media on the night.

inside no. 9 - The inventors

To go alongside BBC Two's darkly twisted anthology series Inside No. 9, I produced an extra interactive digital episode The Inventors starring Dan Skinner and Tom Verrall. For the main series, I created a social media campaign with specially commissioned film posters for each episode.

C-Bomb

After creating two comedy music videos, I produced the pilot of C-Bomb for BBC Three starring Rob Madin (creator of Brett Domino) and Jess Ransom. It remains the most watched Comedy Feed pilot ever, getting over half a million viewers. It was also the most shared on social media, and was nominated for a Banff Rockie Award for best Web Series.

For Matt Lucas and David Walliam's hilarious airport mocumentary, I produced a suite of playable extras including a spoof online check-in, duty free catalogue and British Citizenship Test.

When Shooting Stars returned with burger van owner Angelos Epithemiou as a new contestant, I produced a series of short videos starring starring Dan Skinner as Angelos, plus two interactive specials: Angelos's Webcam, and Agelos's Interactive Christmas Dinner.

Monster Run

I wrote and illustrated the children's picture book Monster Run based on my own experiences of growing up. It was developed as a short film in the Glasgow Cineworks scheme.

computer tutor

A truly ground-breaking project, Computer Tutor was the BBC's first website to feature a live action presenter. It acheived the highest audience appreciation scores across all products on bbc.co.uk for eighteen months following launch.
